It was a beautiful day of golf at Swan Lake in Manorville. A group of us enjoyed swatting at a little tiny ball, trying to place it in a 4 1/4 inch diameter hole. What are the possibilities of that. Well some of us made out better than others but we all managed to enjoy the day out with good friends. We had seventeen golfers, there was a few threesomes and a few foursomes. Pete was in his glory he had the best foursome consisting of three lovely ladies and himself.

Then there was a powerhouse of men (Ron, Frank Giorgio and two of Rons buddies) - The ringers Ron invited along, also brought in the longest drive and closest to the pin awards and his sister's ringer (Frank LaMonica) took the lowest par award (leave it to those singlemann's - we forgot we were not at the LIASAC outing where it counted. The ladies faired well with our newest golfing member Kathy Grogan winning closest to the pin, Darlene Singlemann won lowest par and Barbara Friel reigned in the longest drive. Not bad ladies not bad at all.
A fun day was had by all. After the outing we all met back at Ron and Anita Singlemann's for a spectacular barbecue. Complete with Rubbery Ducky riding (kind of like a bull riding contest) - you had to try and get onto and stay onto the rubbery duckie float in the pool. See the pictures they are pretty funny. Thanks for the hospitality Ron and Anita you have a beautiful home and you put on a great barbecue.
