This year, Cresthaven Ski Club will be going to Killington, Pico, Stratton, Sunday River and Stowe. Our weeklong trip this year is to Banff, Canada. We also participate in trips sponsored by the Long Island Association of Ski Clubs and Metropolitan New York Ski Council.
Our trips range in price from $300 to $350 for members, guests are $35 higher. This includes bus transportation to the ski area, lodging, two-day lift ticket, two breakfasts, one dinner and a box lunch for the ride home. We also provide assorted beverages, light snacks and movies on the bus; however, we suggest you bring a sandwich for the ride up.
If you need lessons or equipment, let the trip leader know at the time you sign up for the trip. The trip leader can help make arrangements with the mountain. If you need to rent equipment, you may want to rent from a local ski shop and bring them with you - it will save valuable ski time rather than waiting on line at the mountain!
Yes! The trip leader can help arrange a beginner lifts/lesson/equipment package for you. The price of the trip will be adjusted so you will not pay twice for lift tickets. Many ski areas offer these packages at extremely low prices to get you started. After you have taken your beginner lessons, we will arrange for you to have a "Ski Buddy" Be sure to let the trip leader know if you want lessons at the time you sign up for the trip.
