This is truly an amazing, ski fanatics Wedding Cake. Yes this unique wedding cake belongs to Cresthaven ski club's own Gerard Pettit and Darlene Singlemann who's trails have finally merged. After meeting on the slopes and participating in almost every event the Cresthaven Ski Club puts together, this happy couple exchanged wedding vows on Saturday October 17,2009 at St. Thomas More Church in Hauppauge, NY. This five layer, Pettit Ski Mountain Resort Wedding cake was inspired by the couples love for both the Cresthaven ski club and the sport of skiing. It's downhill slopes are marked with red and blue race gates, which highlights each of this couples true competitive natures. Sitting on top of this masterpiece is a character of Gerard and Darlene that if you know them, it is truly them. With skis and poles they are ready for life together. Encircling the base you will find the Cresthaven Logo and logos of the different ski areas and mountains they have enjoyed together over the years.
